Comparison Results¶
The comparison result highlights the differences between the two revisions so changes are easy to spot and review.
Colour coding¶
- New-revision changes are shown in red.
- Common / old-revision content is greyed out (which also saves toner on prints).
- Colours are defaults the user can change.
Collected differences & status¶
Meaningful differences are collected (rather than simply “accepted”), and each collected difference carries a Status — for example Accepted, Rejected, or Hold — so the review can be tracked and signed off.
Navigation & output¶
- Markups on the drawing are hyperlinked to the grid — clicking a difference highlights its row (and vice-versa).
- PDF rotation is handled so differences line up correctly.
- Export or save the marked-up comparison for the record.
