Packaging¶
“Packaging” is the act of assembling a package’s content from the project’s connected data.
Selecting scope¶
Pick the scope directly from 1D (the tag list), 2D (drawings), or 3D (the model) — for example, select tags by area/discipline, or pick objects directly in the 3D model.
What X4D assembles¶
- Automatic MTO — a material take-off generated from the selected scope.
- Linked documents — the drawings, data sheets, and references for that scope.
- 3D viewpoints — a saved 3D view that gives each package spatial context.
- Document markups — annotations for field use.
