Implied & Supporting Material¶
Beyond the material imported directly, X4D can derive implied / supporting material for an MTO using Attribute Sets.
How Attribute Sets work¶
- Each Attribute Set has a Source — X4D, a database table/query, or an Excel file.
- Each set lists the attributes it pulls from that source.
- Assign one or more Attribute Sets to an MTO Mapping; the combined data is pushed to the MTO table for reporting.
You can also add 3D-model components that are not linked to a tag into commissioning system packs.
