Project Phases & Milestones¶
Progress is tracked across the phases of a project — for example DBM, FEED, Detailing, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and Handover.
Each phase defines its own set of milestones, and the milestones within a phase sum to 100%. Each milestone is linked to a cost code. The progressing template for a tag stays the same, while the milestones differ per phase — so the same tag can be progressed consistently through engineering, construction, commissioning, and handover.
